Refund policy

CANCELLATION OF THE POLICY

 

After the cooling-off period(15 days), you have the right to cancel your policy at any time by providing 30 days’ notice to the ASIT Group. To initiate the cancellation, you must submit a written or an electronic request (customercare@asitgroup.net) to the ASIT Group.

 

Please note that after the cooling off period there will be a prorata refund, the following deductions will apply:

·       Sales Fees

·       Administration Fees

·       Claims Authorised and or Paid

·       The remaining balance will be refunded

The Refund Payment will occur within 30 days upon receipt of the written cancellation request date by you the owner of the vehicle/policy.
